Mr. Cruz's teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and inspiring environment for students to explore their musical journey. He believes learning and appreciating music is a healthy and healing journey. Music is therapeutical for all ages. Jonathan has also had experience with many autistic kids of all ages believing anyone can learn music.

Whether a student wants to read music fluently, play by ear, strum chords and sing, or build solid technique, lessons are shaped to meet them where they are. Jonathan adapts his teaching approach to each individual, creating a supportive and patient environment that encourages steady growth and confidence.

JCruzStudiosNJ welcomes students at every stage of their musical journey—from first-time beginners to advanced musicians. Lessons are thoughtfully designed to support steady growth, musical confidence, and a deeper understanding of music.
Instruction is available in Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Vocals, Music Theory, Tenor Saxophone, Trumpet, and Music Recording using Logic Pro GarageBand, and Ableton Live.
